By accessing and using the AlignDaily Wellness website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
AlignDaily Wellness provides functional medicine consultations, health coaching, and educational content. All services are provided by Elizabet Genis, PA-C. Services are not a substitute for emergency care or primary care management.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled through our Practice Better portal. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Specific policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. AlignDaily Wellness does not currently accept insurance. Refund policies vary by service type and will be outlined in your service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials — is the property of AlignDaily Wellness and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
AlignDaily Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
